Elven

In twelve months, six products that each had their own loose branding started running as a single system. Every one kept its own identity and landing page, and we shipped all of it without growing Elven's internal team. Design stopped holding the work back and started driving it.

Elven has some of the most complete observability tooling on the market, with that Lord of the Rings flavor to it. The problem was on the visual side: each product spoke a different language, there was no time for a long onboarding, and there was always a new launch in the queue.

Every new product started the brand from scratch. That slowly ate away at a platform that was top tier underneath. And with each launch, design got more expensive and slower.

We brought in two senior designers alternating UX and UI. We ran a quick triage of the product and the personas to map where everything stood, then locked a weekly alignment cadence. Over twelve straight months, that added up to 500+ tasks across 6 products, each with its own identity and landing page, now inside a single visual system.
