OUTCOME
A gamified social network: the gaming community had never seen, designed, built and launched from absolute zero in 60 days. It hit 50k users in its first year, powered by 200k+ organic social views.
SITUATION
Three founders wanted to build something new for gamers. A full social network, visual identity, usability, go-to-market, all of it from nothing. And they wanted it in the middle of a pandemic.
IMPACT
For a startup, 60 days can decide whether it survives. You fail fast to fix and evolve, or you ship late, ship the wrong thing, and watch the runway burn before the idea ever gets to prove itself.
RESOLUTION
Audience research, personas and strategy came first. From there we delivered sitemap, wireframe and layout for 50+ screens across desktop and mobile, ran a 3-month controlled beta with 1k users, and strategy content that pulled 200k+ organic views on TikTok and Instagram.

"Building in 60 days is what separates success from failure. Zero pulled it off, and we hit 50,000 users in a year."
