OUTCOME
A real estate agency got a proper property search platform, designed screen by screen. Home, heavy-filter search, listing page, neighborhood, building and new development, all designed as a single system, from the first click to the contact form.
SITUATION
Baroni works in a market where the decision comes down to a lot of detail: size, price, neighborhood, property type, parking, floor plan. The challenge was turning all that complexity into a flow the buyer can navigate on their own, without getting lost along the way.
IMPACT
On a real estate site, every extra filter is a chance for the user to give up. If the search doesn't return the right property fast, or the listing page doesn't answer what the person wants to know, they close the tab and go to a competitor.
RESOLUTION
We designed the full architecture, from sitemap to handoff. That covered 13 page templates, including a search with filters for size, price, neighborhood, type, bedrooms and parking, a listing page with gallery, floor plan, tour and a fixed contact form, and dedicated neighborhood and building pages with points of interest. All mapped as one journey, from first visit to lead.
